I am a consultant and facilitator based in the UK.

I deliver a range of interventions including organisational support, facilitation, training, workshops and I am particularly interested in supporting feminist and trade union movements to live within their values.

I regularly deliver a range of practical workshops to trade unions, communities and organising groups about power and culture to think critically about gender and power and to enable cultures of solidarity and safety to be built across divisions.

I offer emotional and practical support to activist leaders around wellbeing, burnout, organisational power dynamics and values-based leadership.

I also offer services to private and third-sector organisations relating to generic organisational development as well as training and consultancy services around preventing sexual harassment and transforming cultures of misogyny.

Previous partners include the Trades Union Congress, Fire Brigades Union, the POA and Culture Shift.
